The year 2009 has past us by with a slew of Mixtapes. Some of which will go down in Mixtape history while others were used to solidify a presence in the market. I honestly listen to more mixtapes than I do reviews. With that being said the list has been compiled based on Mixtapes that I have listened to repeatedly.
